ABOUT THE EXPERTS

Jackie Lynch (fBANT, CNHC) is an award-winning nutritionist and founder of the WellWellWell nutrition clinic, where she specialises in women’s health and the menopause. She is the author of The Happy Menopause: Smart Nutrition to Help You Flourish and the host of the popular diet & lifestyle podcast The Happy Menopause, which has been nominated for multiple awards. Jackie is also the author of Va Va Voom; The 10-Day Energy Diet and The Right Bite: Smart Food Choices for Eating on the Go.

Kerrie-Ann Bradley is the founder of Pilates At Your Desk, a movement and stress-reduction programme offered to workplaces internationally. She’s the author of Move More At Your Desk and is featured regularly in publications such as The Telegraph, The Sunday Times Style magazine and Hello! Magazine. A former economist and self-proclaimed ex-croissant, she now shares movement and advice for moving more at work. Known for her eagle eyes, she can post a postural issue in a room of many. Her style is fun yet precise and she has a particular interest in the mind-body connection and how you can change how you feel mentally through movement.

Chaired by Vikki Scott, an Integrative Psychotherapist and Senior Publicist at Waktins, the UK’s leading publisher of books on health, wellbeing and spirituality.
