The Fear by Christiana Spens – Book Launch
March 16 @ 6:30 pm - 11:30 pmFree
What is The Fear? What are we afraid of and why? And how does fearfulness shape our personalities, relationships and very society?
Part autobiography, and part philosophical reflection, The Fear seeks to answer these questions by demonstrating how the wounds we carry continue to make their journey through us, until they’re brought to consciousness through art, writing and conversation. Exploring subjects ranging from political violence to psychological abuse, and from motherhood to art practice, The Fear seeks to find ways to understand and heal from the threats of the world around us, building resilience and camaraderie in doing so.
